Lindsay is an old soul with a passion for all things vintage and a soft spot for the 1920′s. Early on, she had her heart set on creating a Gatsby setting with lots of natural scenery for their wedding celebration. Hubby-to-be, Joel is more of an industrial, rustic, rugged kind of guy but is all about pleasing his future wife. The two settled on the perfect combination of industrial and vintage at Olde Dobbin Station in Dobbin, Texas. With such a large space, we knew we wanted to cozy it up with furniture, lighting and florals. Not just any ordinary floral – sophisticated, feminine and eclectic. Who better for the job than Jody Strom of The Moss and Rose, a lady with a knack for eclectic arrangements with enough personality to hold their own. Although it was a fall wedding, Lindsay wanted a pastel color palette to keep it light-hearted and romantic. We especially love the dedication to her late father on her bridal bouquet and her mother walking her down the aisle – not a dry eye in the house! Each detail was unique and told a story of it’s own. Big hugs to Christa Elyce Photography for capturing their special day so perfectly!
