A marriage of modern style and organic elements was the heart behind this organic modern inspiration shoot designed for The Fusion Workshop, and captured by co-host Jenna McElroy. Our original inspiration was drawn from mid century furniture and bohemian colors. To merge the two styles, we created a clean & classic tablescape covered with bright & vibrant color. Our floral wizard, Chad of Flower Power Productions curated organic arrangements with vibrant colors, in various shapes and textures for a whimsical touch. To complete the look, vintage mid-century chairs, gold glassware and flatware glittered the natural wood table covered by a dream catcher macrame runner. The contrast of natural elements and gold accents became a modern yet earthy inspiration.
The invitation suite was muted in color, but bohemian in script. The muted palette popped off the vintage gold tray and complimented the bold floral. A beautiful gold-leafed, hand-painted cake was another reflection of mid-century meets bohemian: mid-century in design and bohemian in color & style. The gold dipped Truvelle gown tied all the bohemian elements together, especially when paired with her mid-century styled groom. A messy updo and berry lip was subtle to let the dress really shine, and reflect a perfect pairing of modern and organic. See more of this inspiration on RuffledBlog!
